Azalea Star only ship to confirmed addresses. Our primary carriers are DPD,TNT, Omniva service and Venipak.

Your item will be packed properly, securely, and in a smoke-free environment by our professional and knowledgeable shipping team. We take every step ensure every item is double checked for accuracy and is well packaged so it makes the trip to your destination safe and sound. All large, heavy items need special packing and shipping via freight carrier.

Although we details the shipping costs right on the items page, in some cases, based upon more than one item, we can reduce the shipping price. Please contact us before you purchase or send us your payment so we can make this adjustment.

Now new Omniva service is available for private clients on the home page in the e-service environment. From parcel terminal, located in 16 Latvian cities, there is possible to send parcel to 23 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Estonia, Italy, UK, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Germany and Sweden. Venipak is a company providing quick delivery services and other logistic solution in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Europe and elsewhere.

Important: From 14th January 2013 we are no longer permitted to send Lithium batteries by international post (i.e. Airmail). Any orders received for this type of battery to be sent by international post will be cancelled and payment refunded to the customer immediately. We can only accept orders for lithium batteries to be sent within the EU by road. This will incur higher charges.
